Cooking Tips:
- Prep all of your ingredients before you start cooking
- Don’t crowd your pot/pan (except in the case of things like spinach and mushrooms which will cook down significantly in size)
- Cooking for a shorter time at a higher temperature won’t yield the same result. Take your time. You don’t want to end up with undercooked food with a burned crust
- Read the whole recipe Before you start cooking
- When baking, there is little room for interpretation. When you’re cooking, you have room to interpret and replace ingredients/amounts
- You can use water in place of oil for sauteeing
